A property with a minimum of 3 bedrooms. We are willing to up grade to £400.000 with a cash balance. would consider any area, pref water views.

3 or 4 bedroom property in Brighton or Hove. Must have garden or roof terrace, and be within walking distance to station.

A three bed in Linslade. Looking to upsize and also be closer to the schools there for my son.
