Before completing our registration form, please read through our terms and conditions. We don't want to baffle you with jargon, but we do need to highlight a few things you should be aware of!
Most importantly, don't forget that every property in England advertised for sale/swap/exchange requires a Home Information Pack ("HIP") and it is the Vendor's responsibility to ensure that a HIP package is in place. By advertising a property on The Exchange List it shall be assumed that the Vendor is in full recognition of the law and is in possession of a current HIP package for the relevant property and can make a copy thereof available to any interested party.
Also, it's true that a picture says more than 1000 words, so please do try to supply a pair of pictures of your property to show off your listing!
